Dubai is known for its many excellent beaches and beach parks.The main beaches of Dubai run along side the Jumeirah Road. Actually, all these many different beaches are in reality one long beach which has been divided up into smaller beaches by hotels and private clubs, with a few public beaches in between. The Jumeirah beaches are also known for their soft white powder sands which fade away into the shallow temperate turquoise waters of the Arabian Gulf.

One of the public beaches that is commonly known as the Al-Mamzar park situated on the Deira side of the Dubai creek and famous for its public facilities which include playgrounds for kids, barbecue sites, snack kiosks, and picnic family areas. When January is in the air and temperatures are friendly one can realize more and more international people hitting the sands.
